For international orders, shipping is calculated once you have entered your delivery address.

Unfortunately, due to leaving the EU, we are currently unable to deliver to any EU country or Northern Ireland until we can conform with the new Brexit legislation.

We are also unable to deliver to countries with legislation against the import of adult toys, these countries include Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Maldives, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

The delivery times and prices show on LoveWoo; including the information listed below and during checkout are for guidance purposes only, please be aware a different charge may be requested by a member of the LoveWoo team to the associated order email address and phone number and that delivery times can vary depending on a multitude of circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and a parcel tracking number. Our Express Delivery service will send you a 1 hour delivery window via SMS or email.

For orders placed with Express Delivery service, orders must be placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday. For orders placed after this time, items will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed on a Express Delivery service Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (orders placed on a bank holiday weekend will be dispatched on the following Tuesday).

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times when sent via Express Delivery, after the 3rd attempt the item will be returned back to our warehouse and you may incur a return parcel charge.

The cut off time for same day dispatch is 12:00pm

We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £45, simply select the free delivery option on checkout. The free delivery is a standard delivery service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
